As a shopper I am not able to provide negative feedback for non-responsive scammers who sit on an order until support cancels it. Allow shoppers to provide negative "red thumbs down" feedback on scammers who are non-responsive and just sit on orders and tie up shoppers money, hoping for a favorable resolution.
